By being a trusted advisor for Human Resource and Talent Acquisition leaders for 20 years. My strategy is to engage all stakeholders, understand the business objectives and history of the collective experience to create a blueprint for success. The #1 priority for relocating employees is selling and buying a new home. But the transitional needs of the family don't stop there. Families need to acclimate to a new community and re-establish their lives. And who is better prepared to assist with this than the Relocation Goddess herself! When I am not conquering the relocation world, I love to live vicariously through all the contestants on The Food Network baking championships! What’s my favorite? The kids baking championship. I just love seeing the passion in their faces and how creative they are. Maybe in my next life……. 😊
